First time I hear about a 2.5 D-4D giving a lot of trouble like that. Normally those engines are very reliable. Mine sit on just more than 200 000 km and runs like a swiss watch. Not a single problem on the engine or the rest of the bakkie so far. Not even a trace of smoke (EGR blanked off though). Care to share what the problems are with your 2.5.
